fireworks/bonfire night

howdy folks,


so tonight is fireworks all round and i am absolutely terrified of those colourful bright sparks.... the noise causes me panic attacks

over tired and need bed

Today has been a rather busy day, travelled to edinburgh to meet my aunt but stopped by luch to buy so white..... we had lunch then headed to peebles which is in the Scottish borders, took meg the dog (working cocker spaniel) for a nice walk down by the river, sat down had a blether then i was shown how to knit.... had dinner and pudding followed by me going for a bath.... then went to fill up hotwater bottle only to burn my hand ..... OUCHY!!!!!! so painful... bed for me now it is 23:05 here in the UK

Concentration to the max 22/10/14

So the past week or so i have been working very hard to come up with an invention from 3 possibilities which are, how to make a cinema experiance better, how to make shopping more fun, a must have for festival goers. I came up with an invention for each and wrote down facts about them, all i need to do now is work out which one i am going to use for HoF's dragon's den assessment/interview.... My imagination is not great but at least i gave it a try and came up with something rather than nothing!! Busy week this week. Next week i have a few things on including a volunteer open day at a local children's hospital then i go to my aunt's for a few days to have a visit... 

I need to start reading the book chosen for my church book club, it is called "a farewell to arms" by ernest hemmingway. It is based on the first world war and we all thought it was appropriate as we have our world war one day coming up and also in november it is rememberance day for all those who fought for our country and came out heroes and we celebrate that by doing a 2 minute silence to show  our respect to all those who died fighting for our country. 

The weather here is rather cold and miserable and i am not liking it very much, we are meant to getting hurricane gonzalo weather which is freaky if you think about it hehe, all wrapped up and warm is the best way to be. It is safe to say that winter is approaching and it is not long til CHRISTMAS!! cant get over how quickly this year has gone in, 2014 has been a blessing and my life has changed so so much and i couldnt be more grateful. I met the love of my life around the middle of this year and things are going strong, i joined a church, got baptised by full emersion & comfirmed. I met some pretty awesome people etc... back later to add more to blog

Pained

Tidy has been awful my foot is really sore and I can't put a lot of pressure on it.... No dancing for me for a while lol... Oooooo eeeeee oooooo aahaah ting tang wallah wallah bing bang 

Shocker

So took my pet Kitty buttonz to the vet today for jags.... Now I was completely thinking my cat was a girl..... Appears she isn't a girl and is a boy once vet done check over!!!! Didn't know wether I was going to laugh or cry at that point!!! Still can't get my head around it..... I swear I ended up in an alternate universe 

Still game 4.10.14

So me and my boyfriend's family went to see still game at the Glasgow SSE Hydro and it was so funny... Some of the lines the actors came out with was well let's say fall of the seat funny... Really wish I could relive the whole experience all over again. Me and Andrew had a great view from where we were sitting. In parts of the show they told us to listen and repeat  the craiglang banter.... Some parts were better than others but an all round good show.... Before we went to the show me, Andrew and his parents went out for dinner which was lovely, I had a great chicken burger yum yum plus an unlimited salad bar, will check in later, over and out

Crazy cat

Hey bloggers..... Well story today is that my almost 6 month old kitten Buttonz decides when she wakes up she will start toe biting and scratching, she does it before bed too. I love her to bits but she gets hyper at the strangest of times, you get her toys and treats but she prefers the box it comes in. Buttonz will sleep anywhere that suits her, woke up today with her butt in my face (wee dafty)....she is generally a well behaved cat, dreading Monday as she has her jags.... Bye for now. life with faith

So earlier this year i found faith in a rather unusual kind of way, at first i was confused then the more i started learning the more it felt right and a safe kind of faith. I started out learning from elder jones from las vegas & elder windhausen from germany, they had a huge impact on me and helped me understand the way of our heavenly father. I have to say the way i look at the world etc has completely changed my whole outlook and i am alot happier than what i used to be... i then went on to learn from elder benesch, elder andrews, elder penman and the current missionaries i have is elder penman, elder andrews and elder de vries. They are a great bunch of guys and learning from them is always fun and influencial, i read my scriptures daily and say my prayers a good few times a day to build my faith levels and appreciate, respect and love the heavenly father. 
When i have down days i always look to GOD for support and love as i know that when things hurt he will suffer the pains and afflictions i suffer onto himself to protect me and love me. One verse inparticular really inspired me and it is something to live by; King James Version (KJV)

³¹ But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. My partner also follows the latterday saints, it has made our relationship strong and healthy... Recently i got rid of some very bad influences from my life and because of doing that life is so much better.
